Punta Paradise- Enjoy a 4 bedroom heated pool home

We loved this location. We were with another family traveling to our kids’ tournament. It was very spacious and comforta Positive: We loved the property! This is very ideal for kids or adult trips. Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. The only small qualm I had was all of them leftover condiments in the fridge. I was worried my kids would get into them and not knowing how old they were or anything like that was a little stressful but the kids stayed out of them and it was fine. :) we had a great time

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. The location was great and we saw some beautiful sunsets. The pool was wonderful and well used. The new appliances were a bonus. Clean!

Asked for a refund - owner said no Positive: Was fairly clean except for the pool Negative: Pool was broken, algae at the bottom of the pool. Zero circulation of the water. The photo I am sending is not the reflection of the cloud but algae on the bottom. Could not use the feature attraction of this house. The listed “BBQ” is not a barbeque it is a Smoker and Grill that only smokes when in use. Explained the situation to the maintenance guy and he told me it was broken and would try to get it fixed after the weekend. That’s when we were leaving 😞

Stay was fine …very convenient…loved the pool and living space… …one area that really needs attention (we know it costs$$$$) is kitchen sink…not sure what happened to it but it’s pretty bad…
